How do I sign in?+
SplitCut uses your Epic Games account through Epic Online Services. Launch the game, choose “Sign in with Epic Games,” and authorize SplitCut. You’ll then pick a SplitCut username for the leaderboards.
How does the tournament format work?+
Every match is a 16-player tournament that runs through four phases — Zone Control, Search & Destroy, Gunfight, and Gungame. Each phase narrows the field until one player is left standing. Your results feed into the leaderboards.
What do I need to play?+
An active SplitCut subscription, an Epic Games account, and a supported PC. Make sure you meet the minimum age requirements in our Terms.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
I think someone was cheating. What do I do?+
Report it to splitcut.support@gmail.com with the match details and any evidence. Cheating, collusion, and exploits can result in disqualification, suspension, or a permanent ban.
